When can I expect my order?
U.S. Standard, Orders: 5-7 Days
We know as soon as you click the “Buy It Now” button, you’ll be anxiously waiting for your order to arrive. We’ll do everything in our power to meet our promised shipping dates. You will receive standard, non-custom orders within 5-7 business days after placing your order. Custom orders require a little more time to customize your item, but you should expect delivery within 30-45 days.
What if there are shipping delays?
While we like to think we’re good at everything, there are a few areas beyond our control. And unfortunately, that includes shipping. During high-shipping times like the holidays, or as a result of COVID-related issues, your order could potentially experience minor delays. But don’t worry. Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all addresses in the United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

**Liability for Packages:**
Chulgwon Formulas is not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they leave our facility. We understand how disappointing this can be, which is why we offer shipping protection at checkout.
**Shipping Protection:**
When you opt for shipping protection during checkout, you protect the cost of your shipment against potential loss or damage incurred during the shipping process by the carrier. Should you need to file a claim for a lost or damaged package, here’s what you need to do:
1. **Provide the Tracking Number:** Please ensure you have the tracking number of your shipment readily available as it will be necessary for processing your claim.
2. **For Damaged Packages:** If your package arrives damaged, we kindly ask that you DO NOT discard the packaging. The carrier requires proof of damage to process your claim, so be sure to take clear photos to document the issue.
3. **Submit a Damage Claim:** You may be asked to complete a damage claim form and possibly be contacted by the carrier for additional information. We recommend providing them with all requested details promptly to avoid any delays in your claim being processed.
Please note that failure to provide the necessary information or documentation might invalidate your claim.
**Theft Protection:**
Additionally, we offer theft protection for an extra fee during the checkout process. This ensures that your order is safeguarded against theft, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
Lastly, while we at Chulgwon Formulas will do everything we can to assist you, please understand that we do not have control over the shipping carriers. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that any claim will be honored by them.
