This product is applied to the feet, ankles, calves, knees, hips, and lower back (if needed).  Use liberally and tap into the skin.  Pay extra attention to troubled areas.  This formula significantly enables the lower body to stay loose, helps to relieve discomfort, and maintains stamina and energy throughout the day. Aids in the relief of Athlete's feet. Helps to exfoliate the skin.  Consumption varies.  You can use it as a spray-on or as a soak

To use this product as a rebalancing/recovery soak.  Add contents to a vessel that your feet will go in.  Add the appropriate amount of warm to hot water, and let your feet soak for 10 to 20 minutes. After soaking you may have to lightly scrub your feet as this product is known to help exfoliate the skin.    The product can be reused multiple times before discarding.

For restless legs and dry achy feet. Before you go to bed, clean your feet, and add the spray to the toes, between the toes, ankles, and the bottom of the feet.  Tap the skin lightly after the product has been applied.  Place a clean pair of socks on your feet and rest.
